Filippo Berio EVOO - BzzAgent Campaign

Well most of us know that EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) is used for cooking. BUT did you know that EVOO has other uses as well? About two weeks ago I discovered that you can use EVOO to make homemade sugar scrubs to exfoliate and moisturize your skin. I started using another brand of EVOO other than Filippo Berio but I made a batch of lilac scented sugar scrub with Filippo Berio last night and I have to say I love it so much better. The smell of the EVOO didn't overpower the frangrance that I mixed with it.

I know this campaign is mostly about the health benefits of switching to EVOO for cooking purposes but I had to share this use also. Because I guess in a way this is a health benefit for the largest organ of your body - your skin.

I have to give this "recipe" 5 stars.

Brown Sugar Lilac Body Scrub
1 cup brown sugar (sometimes I use 1/2 cup brown &  1/2 cup white granulated sugar)
1/2 cup of Filippo Berio EVOO
10 drops of Lilac Oil (or your favorite scent)

BzzAgent Lipogen Plus Campaign

I have been using Lipogen PS Plus for a few months now. First, let me start off by saying a am a stay at home Mom of two precious babies. A 3 year old and a 1 year old so needless to say my life gets a littel hectic and yes, from time to time I forget things like the diaper bag. Since taking Lipogen Plus I feel like I am more alert and more focused on the tasks at hand wether its doing daily chores or rushing out the door to get to the doctor. I believe in Lipogen Plus and take it daily along with my daily vitamin regimine.

I meet with my Mommy & Me group last week. We were dicussing the daily stressers of being stay at home Moms. I spoke up and told them about Lipogen Plus. I explained that I had been taking it for several months now and have seen an imporvement in my motivation to get things done. I told them that I was not affected as most people are with caffine infused stimulants. That I have been more focused on my children and daily things that I need to get done that day. Several of the ladies were interested and wanted to try.

Pam - Smiley360 Mission

Well with Thanksgiving this past week, I had lots of oppurtunities to try out Pam Cooking Spray. I actually cooked the same dish in two different Pyrex dishes. In one I used Pam and in the other I used a generic cooking spray. I have to say the dish with the Pam was much much easier to clean. I will never buy a generic cooking spray again. Pam is the best.
